‘Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.’ Dr Maya Angelou I’ve been thinking a lot about new year resolutions lately. How we create them and then feel all that pressure. Eventually we break them and then feel guilty, and the cycle starts again every year, or ...Read More »

‘We spend January 1st walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives … not looking for flaws but for potential’. All the traditions around food in ...Read More »

‘Be open to the most present possibility’ Ilene Friedman This is a quote from one of my friends who I meditate with in the mornings over zoom. Modern Veda set me up for success. Understanding who I am internally helped to shape the best habits for the future. The tools are in my hands and I have the power to improve how I feel. I have more energy and feel better already. Modern Veda was patient with explanations and also understands the real world, as nothing works in a vacuum. Concrete plans and suggestions that also have room for reality is a path to success and Modern Veda set that up for me

Knowing Natasha's passion and dedication I was so pleased and lucky to have her as my ayurvedic consultant. I really do believe that diet plays a huge role on our health. Natasha has helped with my health and energy levels. Having a really demanding job and 2 young kids feeling calmer and less tired was a big concern for me. Within 2 weeks of just implementing some of the measures suggested by Natasha I already felt calmer and felt I had more energy.

Natasha's consultations have changed my life forever. Having undergone a medical in 2017, suggesting mid-thirties to go on statins for heart issues, Natasha worked with me to change my diet. With her guidance, I have completely reversed this, as well as fixing several other key concerns. My doctors were amazed at my recent medical! I feel ten years younger and have more energy than I've ever had.

I was diagnosed with Asthma, IBS, poly-arthritis (in every joint of my body) all before the age of 25 and I was told that I should expect never to feel 100% healthy or pain free. I was on five different medications all of which had such severe side effects that I had to have my blood taken once a week to make sure my organs where not going into failure. Today I am 100% medication free and pain free. This is due to the power of diet and lifestyle; this is the science of Ayurveda
